About us
We are a Team of Trauma Specialists who have come together under one roof with the goal of servicing front-line professionals and First Responders experiencing the wear and tear of a demanding work life. We believe that a long healthy career is based on active self-care and proactive stress management. By developing strategies to tackle stress before it builds, and supporting an immediate plan of debriefing, defusing, decompressing, and building resiliency, occupational stress injuries may be treated or avoided.

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) is a psycho-social intervention that aims to improve mental health. CBT focuses on challenging and changing unhelpful cognitive distortions and behaviours, improving emotional regulation, and the development of personal coping strategies that target solving current problems. CBT can be a practical, short-term form of psychotherapy.
