Brooke graduated from Brock University with a Bachelor of Arts (Honors with First Class Standing) with a major in Psychology and is currently completing her Masters of Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University. She is currently working as an intern at Northshore East Stress and Trauma Clinic in St. Catharines and Burlington where she is focused on trauma across the lifespan. 

Brooke has taught dance to children and adults for 10 years and has a special interest working with youth. She has also worked at Pathstone Mental Health Services monitoring supervised visits program.


Brooke’s counselling approach is to provide a safe and non-judgemental space for support and to develop proactive strategies to accomplish strong goals. Brooke works with a trauma-informed approach using a cognitive-behavioural perspective. She is certified in Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-i) and Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT). As a counsellor (Q), she is there to work alongside her clients to empower them to make and achieve meaningful progress toward healing and wellness.
